Q. Can anyone list their RV on NZ Sales web site A. Yes, anyone including commercial sales. We also have a section for Kiwi owned motorhomes for sale in overseas. Commercial sales will have their own section away from private sales.
Q. What are the costs to list our RV A. It is a one off cost. Please read our page with all details. Listing
Q. How long do we stay listed A. Your RV stays listed until you tell me the good news that it has been sold
Q. Can we make regular alterations to our listing. A. Yes. You can advise us of any alterations including photos, price, specs etc as often as you wish at no extra cost. You need to contact us as we do this for you.
Q. Can we personally edit the alterations ourselves. A. No. NZ Sales does this for you and there is no charge for this service.
Q. How many photos are we allowed. A. You can have up to 4 photos. For display purposes it is best that you have no more than 4 as the more graphics you have the longer it takes to download your page.
Q. What size resolution shall I e-mail the photos. A. Try and send a resolution of between 800kb - 1mb. Please read this page giving details on how to send photos. Listing / Photos If sending photos on a CD you can have any resolution from 800kb upwards. All photos must be sent in JPEG Format.
Q. How can I send you my specifications. A. On our web site we have a specification sheet which can be printed out and mailed. See here You can also scan the specs sheet and e-mail it back to me.
Q. Do you retain our records after our RV has been sold. A. No. All records including your e-mail address is deleted
Q. Can we pay by credit card. A. No. We do not have credit card facility. You pay by cash, cheque, direct bank credit etc. If sending a cheque it is to be made payable to RA & HM Hayward and posted to P.O. Box 218, Katikati.
